Who provides the materials? Can I choose the colors and manufactures?

You have the choice to purchase, pick up, and deliver the materials yourself or we will be happy to do these things for you. To help you make an informed decision, we can provide information on all the current building materials & products available on the market, including colors, shapes, sizes, durability, and warranty of these products.

How do you charge?

We offer free quotes. If we can we’ll give you an estimate quote over the phone or by return email. We will give you a final full quote once we are onsite.

If an estimate cannot be given over the phone we will come out and give you a quote as soon as possible.

What are my payment options?

Final Payment is due upon completion and your successful inspection of our work. If you need help in financing your project we can guide you to resources which specialize in home improvement financing for homeowners. We accept cash, personal checks, cashier’s checks, and some locations accept credit & debit cards as well.

What if we are not happy with the result?

Although this is extremely unlikely, if you are not entirely happy with the end result, we have a satisfaction guarantee.
